How fast does my internet need to be?
We recommend at least 15 Mbps download speed for smooth streaming. For best results, use 25 Mbps or higher, especially if multiple devices are connected at the same time.
Can I use my subscription while traveling?
Yes, you can stream on your compatible device anywhere with a stable internet connection. Just log in with your credentials and enjoy.
Do I need any extra equipment or boxes?
No cable boxes or special equipment are required. All you need is a compatible device (Firestick, ONN, or Android TV/Box) and a stable internet connection.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can switch between 2-device and 4-device options or choose a different subscription length anytime through the Client Portal.
How do I avoid service interruptions?
Pay your renewal 1–2 days before your expiration date. You can see your expiration date at the bottom of your app’s home screen.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. Our service is contract-free. You can renew when you want and cancel anytime without penalties.
What devices are supported?
Android TV/boxes (including ONN 4K), Amazon Fire devices, and other Android-based devices.
How many devices can I use?
It depends on your plan (2 or 4 devices). Using more than your plan allows can cause streaming issues.

What happens if I miss my renewal?
If your subscription is expired for 3+ days, it is deactivated. A $10 reconnect fee is required to restore service. Reactivation may take up to 48 hours.

Open your Top Kat TV app and look at the bottom of the home screen.
